Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across all major cities and rural areas within the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food, we only accept returns if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Are your products certified organic?
Many of our products carry organic certifications. We maintain strict quality control and transparency regarding the origin and processing methods of every item listed in our store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
